We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, despite the language barrier. Even though they didn't speak much English, they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We loved the platings, they were like pieces of art. The public onsen areas were fantastic, offering a great way to relax and unwind. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch, the best we have ever experienced during our travels in Japan. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like an open-air bathtub. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided by this place.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Gorgeous natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. The hot springs were excellent and there are both public and private options available. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The rooms were a bit dated and not as clean as we expected.

The hot springs were relaxing and the food was decent. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my business trip more comfortable.
The rooms were a bit outdated and cramped, making it difficult to work and relax. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it hard to stay connected with my team.
